Diğdem Çiftçi

Diğdem Çiftçi is a Security Architect at ING, where they transitioned from a Feature Engineer and Incident Handler within the Global Security Defense Center. Prior to ING, Diğdem worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, specializing in Advanced Endpoint Security Protection. They gained extensive experience in systems engineering and support roles at various companies, including DenizBank and Halkbank, and have a strong educational background with degrees in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Management Information Systems from Istanbul and Işık Universities.
