Dr. Wencke Böhm

Dr. Wencke Böhm is the Global Head of Broad Based Reward at ING, where they lead the development of global processes for the annual compensation round and the implementation of Workday. With extensive experience in performance and reward strategy, Dr. Böhm has successfully managed complex initiatives across multiple business lines and countries. They hold a Doctorate in Economics from Bielefeld University and have background training in banking, which enriches their understanding of the financial services sector. Previous roles include Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits and Head of Performance & Reward at ING Deutschland, where they played a key role in designing remuneration frameworks and governance structures.
