Eda Aydinci is currently a Change Lead at ING, where they focus on driving organizational change. Previously, they worked as a Business Developer at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and held various roles, including Agile Product Owner and Business Development Executive at Garanti BBVA. Eda gained valuable experience as an Equity Research Analyst at ÜNLÜ & Co and as a Management Consultant at Accenture and Dogma Alares. They hold a Master of Science in International Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and CEMS, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Koç University.
