Eddy van der Sman

Personalization Strategist & Architect

Eddy van der Sman is a social psychologist with a strong foundation in technology and product leadership. They hold a Master of Science in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution. Currently, they are a Personalization Strategist & Architect at ING, where they are redesigning the MarTech stack to enhance personalization. Eddy has previously held significant roles, including Senior Technical Product Manager at T-Mobile Nederland, where they developed a cloud-based marketing automation platform. Additionally, they serve as the chairman of the Dutch Institute for Psychologists, advocating for the field of social and economic psychology.
