Edgar Pérez Meza

Edgar Pérez Meza is an accomplished professional in sustainable finance and climate change, currently serving as Vice President of Sustainable Finance at ING since March 2022. Prior to this role, Edgar contributed to PwC Italy from September 2017 to January 2022 as a Manager in Sustainability & Climate Change, providing consultancy services on ESG issues and leading various sustainability assessments and audits. Previous positions include Senior Associate roles at PwC focusing on the Energy and Utilities sector, and earlier experience as a Renewable Energy Analyst at AGICI Finanza d'Impresa, where Edgar conducted market analysis across Latin America. Edgar's career also includes freelance consultancy in corporate social responsibility and project management experience at Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion. Edgar holds a Master's degree in Sustainability and Energy Management from Università Bocconi, an exchange degree from Sciences Po in International Public Management & Development, and a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
