Edwin Hovers

Edwin Hovers is a risk and finance professional currently serving as the Transformation Lead at ING since 2017, where they are responsible for overseeing a global transformation towards Agile and Scrum principles. They also hold the position of CMRM Head of Rates and Credits in the Netherlands, managing market and product control for multiple trading desks. Early in their career, they were the Deskhead for Risk Management and Product Control at ING Bank from 2006 to 2009. Edwin holds a degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 1998, and is pursuing a degree in RBA at the same institution.
