Eglė Mickaitė - Leduc

Eglė Mickaitė - Leduc is an ESG Consultant in the WB Transformation Office at ING since 2025. Previously, they held various roles at ING, including Change Expert and multiple Operations and Change trainee positions, along with a focus on customer journey and risk consulting. Their internships included experiences in tax advisory at KPMG Lithuania, sales control at Henkel, and finance at Synthon. Eglė completed a master's degree in Business Analysis and Modelling from Radboud University in 2020, where their research contributed to the literature on information security management.
