Elena Manea

Elena Manea is an experienced Agile Coach at ING since June 2012, playing a pivotal role in transforming the Delivery organization towards an Agile Way of Working, specifically evolving the BUSDEVOPS model within the Romanian market. With over 15 years of experience in banking, Elena has held various positions, including Business Banking Segment Manager for Transylvania and Bucharest, where commercial coordination of nine branches and expertise in credit structuring were key responsibilities. Previous roles include Branch Manager for Corporate Clients in Bucharest, and Buzau, as well as Commercial Director in ING Commercial Finance. Elena's career began as a Financial Analyst at Raifeissen Financial Advisors and includes significant exposure to multinational corporations and local companies. Education includes an MBA from Canada and coaching credentials from Metasysteme Coaching School.
