Elena Orsini

Elena Orsini is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for the UK & Middle East at ING since April 2022, Elena previously held the role of Group Head of HR at SG Kleinwort Hambros from January 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included serving on the Executive Committee and participating in the Remuneration and Nomination Board committee. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Head of HR for Société Générale in Dubai, Global HR Director at Horizon Trading Solutions, and HR Business Partner and Officer at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking. Elena holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and advanced qualifications in UK Employment Law and Occupational Psychology from CIPD and Université Paris Nanterre, respectively.
