Elles Ogink

Elles Ogink is the Head of ESG Business Banking NL at ING, where they are responsible for the delivery and global rollout of ING's Assisted Portal IRIS and the communication platform CC2.0. Previously, Elles held positions at Nolan Norton & Co as a Senior Manager, at ING as a Senior Business & Change Consultant, and as the Product Area Lead Global Assisted Platforms. They also worked as a Management Consultant at KPN and began their career as a Strategy Consultant at The Decision Group. Elles has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer in corporate strategy and marketing.
