Els Wouters

Els Wouters is a Customer Journey Expert and Product Owner for Core Banking at ING, where they leverage extensive experience in product management and process improvement. With a background in various roles at ING since 2001, including Channel Manager and Project Manager, Els has honed skills in change management and product strategy.
