Emiel Goemans

Emiel Goemans, CFA, has extensive experience in financial markets and corporate sales, currently serving as Director and Head of FM Midcorporate Sales for ING since October 2020. Previous roles at ING include Director within the Client Solutions Group and Vice President for Corporate Sales & Advisory, with significant stints in Brussels and London. Emiel also contributed to compliance and customer treatment standards as a Senior Compliance Officer. Additional experience includes managing the IBOR Transition Project at CGI and serving as a Treasury Manager at Robert Half. Emiel began the career in banking through a management traineeship at ING, encompassing various roles in financial services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and CFA certification.
