Erwin V. has extensive experience in the financial services sector, specifically at ING since July 1996, where responsibilities have included preparation and support for IT migration and product management as a Customer Journey Expert within the TFS franchise. Erwin has held various leadership roles, managing global teams and contributing to product delivery, business case development, and stakeholder alignment. Prior to ING, Erwin held positions in sales and market research, with a foundational education in economics and international management from Hogeschool Drenthe and Hochschule Osnabrück. Ongoing education includes coaching at the Rotterdam School of Management and additional development with Xebia and Prowareness.
