Esther Chang

Esther Chang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and investment banking. Currently serving as a Director at ING since January 2017, Esther's responsibilities encompass high yield debt capital markets and DCM origination across Western and Northern Europe. Prior to this role, Esther held positions at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on the Natural Resources Group and at Columbia Capital Management as an Analyst providing analytical support for public finance. Early career experience includes an Advisory Intern role at PwC, where Esther contributed to debt restructuring efforts. Esther holds a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
