Eugenia Dabu

Eugenia Dabu is a highly passionate professional serving as the Global Head of Talent, Learning, D&I & Belonging at ING Belgium. With extensive experience in recruitment and people development, Eugenia previously held roles including Employer Branding & Employee Experience Lead and Talent & Learning Manager at ING. They co-founded HR Hub Romania, an innovative community aimed at fostering HR practitioners' connections. Eugenia holds a Master's degree in Management/Human Resources from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
