Ewelina Tyburek

Ewelina Tyburek is currently the Director of the Market Risk Management Department at ING Polska and a certified MLC Coach. Ewelina previously held the position of Market Risk Manager at ING Bank Śląski from 2020 to 2022, where they managed the Market Risk Management Team and contributed to model development and automation processes. Prior to that, Ewelina worked at PKO Bank Polski as a Junior Specialist in the Market Risk Department and as an Enterprise Consultant at Deloitte. Ewelina is furthering their education with a Master of Mathematics at Politechnika Warszawska and a coaching qualification in 2025.
