Fleur has also collaborated with Nike as a change manager, guiding them through modern work practices. With a background in behavioral change, psychology, and organizational culture, Fleur draws on their comprehensive education, including a Master's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, to drive impactful change across diverse corporate environments.
