Floris Den Boer

Floris den Boer currently serves as a Customer Journey Expert for OneApp Capabilities at ING since November 2025. Prior to this role, Floris worked at International Card Services from September 2019 to November 2025 as a Business Analyst and Project Management Officer, contributing to the IT Solutions Team in Innovation & Technology. Earlier experience includes participation in a Trainee Talent Program at Young Colfield, with various analytical and project management roles at IKEA and ENGIE Services Nederland NV, both outsourced through Young Colfield. Floris also developed entrepreneurial skills through the Global Entrepreneur Program at BeeStart and supported HR strategy at Royal IHC as a graduate intern. Initial professional experience includes sales in the finance sector and serving as Treasurer in a student association. Floris holds education credentials from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University and VU Amsterdam.
