Floris Luiten

Floris Luiten is an experienced Compensation and Benefits (C&B) specialist currently serving as a member of the Global HR Executive Reward team at ING since October 2019, overseeing key tasks such as annual compensation rounds and management board remuneration. Prior to this role, Floris worked as a freelance HR interim manager and consultant with Filasso for 16 years, and held various C&B positions at Triodos Bank and Robeco, where responsibilities included implementing global reward policies and managing international HR expertise. Previous roles also include positions at Aegon Asset Management, Ernst & Young, and Pon Automotive, with an educational background in Geophysics from Utrecht University and additional training in coaching and transactional analysis.
