Frank Vanhulle

Frank Vanhulle is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Group Chief Architect of Infrastructure at ING since May 2024. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions at ING Belgium, including Chief Architect and Platform Architect & IT Chapter Lead in Platform Architecture, while also leading initiatives in Infrastructure Standardization and Public Cloud Architecture for ING Group. Frank's career spans over two decades in the financial services sector, with significant roles at AXA Technology Services and AXA Belgium, where responsibilities included Enterprise Architect and Infrastructure Strategy Manager. Frank's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Civil Electrical Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with additional studies at KU Leuven and Antwerp Management School.
