Frank Xu

Frank Xu is an experienced banking professional, currently serving as the Head of Group Treasury China at ING since 2024. Previously, Frank has held significant roles including Deputy Head of Markets & Head of Treasury at UniCredit from 2015 to 2022, and Head of FX&MM Trading at Banco Santander from 2008 to 2015. Frank began their career as an Assistant Treasurer at Intesa Sanpaolo from 2005 to 2008. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics between 2013 and 2016, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Shanghai University, completed in 2002.
