Gianluca Picierro

Gianluca Picierro is a Full Stack Engineer at ING since August 2022 and has previously held the position of Full-Stack Developer at IBM from January 2019 to July 2022. At IBM, Gianluca analyzed an old Java application for the Italian public administration and developed three new monolithic applications using Oracle and MariaDB databases along with a Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end. Prior to this, Gianluca completed a market analyst internship at INSIGHTER in October 2016, focusing on market research, data analysis, and survey development. Gianluca holds a Specialization degree in Java Enterprise development from Consel - Consorzio ELIS (2018-2019), a 2nd Level Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences from Università di Bologna (2016-2019), and a 1st Level Degree in Statistics from Università degli Studi di Bari (2010-2013).
