Hendrik Harms

Hendrik Harms is currently a member of the board at Varengold Bank AG and serves as a deputy trustee at both ING Diba AG and Commerzbank AG. They previously held the position of managing director at HKB Bank GmbH from 2020 to 2022 and were a director at Deutsche Bank AG from 1990 to 2003. Hendrik has also served as the spokesperson for the management at Deutsche Factoring Bank from 2003 to 2017 and was a board member at the Investitions- und Förderbank Niedersachsen NBank in 2018. Hendrik is pursuing a second state examination in law at Kammergericht Berlin and holds a banking degree from Bayerische Vereinsbank AG, alongside a first state examination in law from Universität Bonn.
