Herman Gaarman

Herman Gaarman is currently an Expertise Lead Connecting Tribes in Business Banking Operations at ING, where they focus on fostering collaboration between various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, they served in multiple roles at ING, including Customer Journey Expert and Business Consultant, where they significantly contributed to strategic digitalization efforts. With a background in coaching and training, Gaarman has also been a guest lecturer for MBO students at Stichting Leven en Financiën. They hold a diverse array of qualifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Professional Scrum certifications, alongside a degree in Physical Education from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
