Hitesh Khatri is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in leading global HR transformation programs, particularly in Workday systems implementation across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Workday IT Delivery Lead for the Global Transformation Program at ING, Hitesh oversees full delivery processes for Workday Learning and has a history of managing various financial markets investing applications. With a track record of successful IT project management, including the rollout of Workday in Australia and significant contributions to Workday HCM integrations in the Netherlands, Hitesh has also held multiple leadership roles at ING, ranging from Service Delivery Manager to Change Delivery Manager. Hitesh's career began as a Peoplesoft Developer, with extensive education in Information Systems from London Metropolitan University.
