Ignacio Ilundain

Ignacio Ilundain is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Director at ING Commercial Banking since May 2010. In the role of Director, Ignacio has been involved in leveraged finance since January 2014, handling the origination, execution, and follow-up of leveraged finance deals. Responsibilities include marketing activities with financial sponsors, due diligence analysis, financing structuring, negotiation of terms, and coordination of the syndication process.
