Ilona Hedeman RC is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in controlling and business finance, currently serving as the Head of Finance for Global Tech at ING since October 2016. Previous roles at ING include Head of Finance for Global Transformation & Change and Global Controller for the Know Your Customer domain. Prior to joining ING, Ilona Hedeman held several positions at The Phone House Netherlands B.V. from August 2012 to September 2016, including Manager Finance Business Advice and Manager Finance & Control, overseeing business control, finance operations, and loss prevention. Ilona began their career at ING in 2006 as a management consultant and later as a business controller for Central & Eastern Europe. Ilona holds a postmaster degree from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
