Ilse Verboom

Ilse Verboom is currently a Product Owner - Customer Journey Expert at ING, where they focus on enhancing the loyalty program to achieve growth in active customers, sales, and NPS. Previously, Ilse held various marketing positions at PostNL, including Senior Market Manager for E-commerce and Customer Journey Owner, where they designed effective market campaigns and improved customer journeys. Prior to that, they worked at Innovam as a Marketeer Business and Database Marketeer, overseeing marketing initiatives for the automotive sector and analyzing customer data. Ilse obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has completed additional management training and product management courses.
