Iulia Zaharia

Iulia Zaharia is an experienced professional in application development and agile project management, currently serving as an Application Development Team Lead at ING since April 2015. In this role, Iulia guides development teams in delivering web applications for Financial Markets and Lending using Agile methodologies while also serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Specialist and Associate Quality Engineer at Misys, as well as Settlements Officer at Raiffeisen Bank. Iulia holds a Fast Track Management Program degree from BISM and a Master's in Finance and Banking Systems from the Academy of Economic Studies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
