Jan Slagt

Jan Slagt has extensive experience in IT risk management, primarily at ING, starting as Manager Project Risk Management in 2006 and advancing through various roles including Senior Operational Risk Management Officer and Business Line Information Security Officer. Currently serving as Area Lead for Global Rollout & Onboarding IT Risk since January 2017, Jan Slagt is focused on ensuring ING's global entities maintain a low IT risk profile through training and support related to new threats, regulations, and technical solutions. Prior to this, Jan Slagt held a short-term assignment as IT Security Expert at ING Italia, where responsibilities included training teams and supporting secure operations. Throughout the career at ING, Jan Slagt has played a pivotal role in steering information risk management and continuity management within ING's retail banking divisions.
