Jan Vercauteren

Jan Vercauteren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital HR innovation and management. Currently serving as a Digital HR Innovation Specialist for ING since July 2019, Jan contributes to the global Employee Experience team by providing digital channels and solutions aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a Change Execution Professional within the HR Digital Solutions team at ING. Jan's tenure at ING Belgium from 1996 to June 2020 includes positions such as Channel Manager HR, HR Contact Manager, HR Information Analyst, Product Manager Internet, and Product Manager Retail Risk. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from KU Leuven, achieved between 1990 and 1996, and attended Sint-Gummaruscollege Lier from 1983 to 1989.
