Janine Barnhoorn

Janine Barnhoorn is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of international experience, currently serving as the Snr Human Resources Director in Retail (a.i.) and previously as the Snr Human Resources Director COO at ING. Janine has extensive expertise in global HR leadership, talent management, and organizational transformation, having led HR across 33 countries at Bentley Systems and managed a significant workforce at ING. Their educational background includes a Post Masters in Strategic Reward from Nyenrode University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stellenbosch University. Outside of work, Janine is passionate about endurance sports, including triathlon and tennis, which contribute to their focus and balance.
