Jarosław Łącki

Jarosław Łącki is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Platform Services at ING since February 2023, Jarosław oversees the delivery of foundational IT capabilities across various business segments. Previously, as the Global Head of Retail Tech Change at ING Deutschland, Jarosław empowered small and medium enterprises with innovative digital financial products. Earlier roles include Head of Business Banking IT, Head of Insurance IT, and Senior Strategy Manager at ING, demonstrating expertise in business model definition, fintech collaboration, and project management. Jarosław also held leadership positions at Lendico Deutschland GmbH and has a robust educational background with degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University of Technology.
