Jeanine Morina

Jeanine Morina is the IT Area Lead at ING, where they oversee the IT department in home financing and embrace agile leadership principles. With a background in communication and media studies from Ruhr-Universität Bochum and a Master's degree from Universiteit Maastricht, they have previously served in various editorial and project leadership roles, including as the Chief Editor for "freiraum" and in IT project management at Zurich Gruppe Deutschland and AXA. As a former intern in marketing and public relations at WDR, Jeanine has developed strong skills in press communication and event organization. Additionally, they have participated in a Business Acceleration Program at IESE Business School, further enhancing their management capabilities.
