Jeffrey Opdam is currently the Chapter Lead for Architecture in Engineering and Reliability at ING, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked in various roles, including Continuous Delivery Architect at Aegon Nederland and ALM | DevOps Ranger at Microsoft. With experience spanning multiple organizations, Opdam has played significant roles as a Software Architect, Technical Software Architect, and Scrum Master, contributing to projects in healthcare, logistics, and software development. Opdam holds a degree in Information Technology from Leiden University, completed in 2003.
