Jisu Kwon

Jisu Kwon possesses diverse experience in human resources and project management within various organizations. As a Human Resources Intern at Ace & Tate, Jisu managed HR data for approximately 650 employees and developed employment contracts compliant with local labor laws across multiple countries. At UNICEF Student Team Rotterdam, Jisu held roles as Internal Manager and Project Manager, focusing on team-building initiatives and developing long-term projects that align with UNICEF's mission. Additionally, as Marketing Manager and Event Manager for Amnesty International Student Group Rotterdam, Jisu provided strategic direction for marketing campaigns and coordinated events advocating for human rights. Currently, Jisu serves as an HR Business Partner Business Banking Intern at ING while pursuing a Master's degree in People, Organisation and Change at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Jisu's academic background includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma and degrees in International Public Administration and Management of International Social Challenges.
