Joanna Zagdańska

Joanna Zagdańska is an experienced professional in managing distributed sales teams within the banking sector, specializing in mortgage lending and small business services. Previously, Joanna held positions such as Chapter Lead and Director at ING, where they focused on developing competencies among banking specialists and ensuring optimal customer experiences. Joanna also served as Corporate Credit Manager at PKO Bank Polski and Director of Credit at ING Bank Śląski, overseeing credit products and team development. Currently, Joanna pursues a Master's degree in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies at the University of Lodz.
