Joaquín Valdivia

Joaquín Valdivia is a Customer Journey Expert specializing in Investment Products at ING, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joaquín gained experience as an Investment Products Intern. Joaquín has been actively involved in the Study Association Sefa, serving as Chairman of the Sefa Case Club, where responsibilities included organizing the Amsterdam Case Competition in 2025 and recruiting new case solvers. Joaquín also held positions in the Acquisition team and as an Analyst, focusing on solving real-life business cases. In addition, Joaquín completed internships in finance and digital marketing at Whoppah, where tasks included bookkeeping and SEO content creation. Academic tutoring for UvA students further complements Joaquín's profile, alongside experience as a Human Resources Manager at Junior Achievement Perú. Joaquín is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam, following earlier studies in Economics at Universidad del Pacífico.
