Jodie Laming

Jodie Laming is a strategic and transformational leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chapter Area Lead for Daily Banking at ING. With a rich background in marketing, operations, and customer experience, Jodie has held pivotal roles at major organizations including ANZ, BT Financial Group, and Westpac. Over the years, Jodie has focused on exceeding revenue targets, simplifying processes, and enhancing customer engagement, while also owning and managing The Cook and Baker since 2018. Jodie is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has completed several executive education programs aimed at developing leadership and strategic skills.
