Johan Paulissen

Johan Paulissen is an Agile Change Manager with over 10 years of experience in the financial and business services sectors. They have successfully managed complex change initiatives, notably leading the transition of WestlandUtrecht Bank's business and overseeing large-scale bank-wide changes at ING. Currently serving as the Expert Lead and Agile Change Manager at ING, Johan excels in facilitating multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals. They also hold positions as the Chair of the Gere-geld crowdfunding cooperative, and have an educational background that includes a Master of Science from the University of Nijmegen and a degree in Engineering from Avans Hogeschool Breda.
