Johannes Mende

Johannes Mende is a Global Product Manager at ING, where they focus on simplifying and standardizing investment journeys across multiple countries and teams. They have held various roles at ING since 2019, including customer journey expert and project lead in cost management, where they developed a cost allocation model and led initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience. Johannes holds a Master of Science from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Technology, Sydney, along with a postgraduate program in Business Analytics & Data Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. They also have experience as a U:PASS leader and conducted microstructural research during their studies.
