Jolien Straathof

Jolien Straathof is an experienced professional with a focus on sustainability and financial health within the mortgage sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at ING from March 2023 to May 2025, Jolien has also held roles such as Senior Project Lead for Climate & Environmental Risks and Lead Digital Mortgages. Prior experience includes working as a Strategy Advisor at Eneco, where Jolien contributed to the company's strategic direction for the energy transition, and various consultant positions, including pricing strategy at ING Nederland.
