Joost van Breda

Joost van Breda currently serves as the Head of CCO and Chief Commercial Officer at ING Wholesale Bank, where experience encompasses roles in relationship management and data analysis. Employed at ING since October 2013, Joost has also held positions such as Lending Specialist on a short-term assignment in ING Turkey and Research & Data Analyst at Marketing Intelligence. In addition to professional engagements, Joost is a PhD Candidate at Maastricht University, focusing on macroeconomics and financial economics, and previously served as a Student Assistant tutoring in International Macroeconomics. Joost's early experience includes developing economic educational resources at StudyTube, an internship at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and project work in Vietnam related to acquiring and conducting field research. Joost holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Maastricht University.
