Julia R. is currently the Regional Data Protection Lead EMEA and Director at ING Bank N.V., London Branch, a position they attained after progressing through various roles since joining in 2019. They began their career at ING as a Legal Intern and gained experience as a Manager in Integrated Compliance and as a Paralegal focused on data protection. Julia holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Westminster and a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London, where their dissertation concentrated on data protection. They have also completed internships across various legal disciplines, including arbitration and commercial law.
