Junior Mendonca is a global tech leader specializing in Digital Workplace Technology and Employee Experience, currently serving as the Global Tech Lead at ING since 2023. With over a decade of experience in Information Technology, Junior has successfully managed teams and projects across multiple countries, having lived in Brazil, the USA, Argentina, and the Netherlands. Junior previously held significant roles, including CIO and Global Vice President of Information Management at AIESEC International, where notable achievements included leading a EUR 1.3 million global information system project. Junior's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from The Open University and a degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará.
