Jurgen Roos

Jurgen Roos is a productivity coach and Principal Account Manager for Client Services at ING, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency and building strong, agile teams. Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Qualified Cash Manager designation, Jurgen has accumulated extensive experience in account management and payment services since beginning their career in 2007. They previously held various roles at ING, specializing in sales analysis and operational support for corporate clients, ultimately leading to their current position since 2017. Jurgen is passionate about coaching colleagues to improve their work organization and productivity while enjoying their professional endeavors.
