Justyna van Barneveld

Justyna van Barneveld currently serves as the Global Head of Non-Financial Risk for the Retail RoW division at ING, overseeing Non-Financial Risk Management and leading teams across ING Retail countries. Previously, Justyna held significant roles at Robeco as a Senior Operational Risk Manager, at de Volksbank as a Senior Manager for Non-Financial Risk, and at the Royal Bank of Scotland where roles included Head of Operational Risk Management and Regional Control Manager EMEA. Early in the career, Justyna worked in various compliance and due diligence positions at ABN AMRO Bank. Justyna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie and has pursued additional education through various institutions including Krauthammer, de Baak, Capgemini, and The University of Manchester.
