Kai Chin is an experienced AI Innovation Leader and CTO with a solid history in the banking, software, government, defense, and biomedical industries. Currently serving as an Innovation Lead at ING since 2020, Kai builds ventures focused on deal intelligence and sustainability while leading global teams in product development. Previously, they co-founded and served as CTO at Sense Infosys, where they developed risktech AI solutions. Kai has also held significant roles at DSO National Laboratories and ST Engineering, contributing to advanced software solutions and data analytics. They hold a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, an MSc in Bioinformatics from Nanyang Technological University, and an MBA from Singapore Management University.
