Karin Berns

Karin Berns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational health and management within ING. As Head of Organisational Health for ING Market Leaders in the Benelux region since June 2017, Karin also serves as a board member at the ING CDC pension fund. Previous roles include Business Manager to the CEO of ING Bank Netherlands and External Communications Manager. Karin's educational background includes multiple degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, including a Master of Science in Marketing Management and a Master of Arts in Media & Journalism, along with ongoing studies in Executive Coaching and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Additional qualifications include completion of the Coach Intensive program and various executive courses.
