Karin Den Ouden

Karin den Ouden currently serves as the Global Head of Client Tax Services at ING since February 2019, overseeing the KYC Delivery and managing the implementation of a global Customer Due Diligence (CDD) platform. Prior to ING, Karin held the position of Corporate Strategy Technology Lead at Jumbo Supermarkten, focusing on IT solutions for innovation programs. Previously, Karin was the Deputy CIO at DTG, where responsibilities included managing the IT department and leading business releases. Experiences also include project management roles at Conclusion Implementation and initial research contributions at Rivas Zorggroep. Karin holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from Radboud University, earned in 2007.
